14.01.2022 We are currently looking to recruit a full time and part time experience Technician and System Administrator for regional and Melbourne Metro. ABOUT THE ROLE As technician and System Administrator, you will be responsible for technical support and assistance with file servers, proxy servers, LAN/WAN/Intranets, desktop/laptop hardware, software, outlook E-mail supports, remote management services, departmental applications & technology roll outs for one or multiple schools. ...Successful applicant will also be contributing to ongoing ICT strategy, design and implementations. Excellent hourly rate will be offered to experienced Technician. SKILLS REQUIRED FOR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server products (Server 2008 and Server 2012 etc), WSUS, WDS and SharePoint. A sound understanding of Network Infrastructure (Printers, Switches, Wireless AP etc) Very good understanding of Active Directory Domains, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V and Group Policy Excellent knowledge and experience with operating systems (Windows 7/8, MAC OSX etc), MS office 2010 and 2013, Tablet and IOS devices Experience with supporting Google Apps for Education would be highly advantage.
