07.01.2022 Msg from Rod Burns Hey guys & gal's. At the end of December I took my daughters Mac book pro to HCC computers. The memory was exhausted, the battery ran out after a few minutes & had to be left on charge & was not booting up. It was with them for 5 days (as I was away for Christmas) I received a text outlining the main problem aside from my initial problem asking if I wanted to proceed.... I received the estimate if the cost & told him to continue. When I came back all was fixed. For the agreed upon price. I was shown the the parts that were replaced & offered to take them if I wanted (not the usual "I replaced these bits shtick") Now it works super fast, the battery lasts the way it is supposed to, the laptop starts up straight away & it has double the memory capacity. Very happy with the work at a very reasonable price. One of the Apple repair stores in the area quoted almost a $1,000 more for the repair or a discount on a 2nd hand one.
