06.01.2022 Good news for Victorian P - platers from 29th October last year Vic Roads dropped the V8 ban instead replaced it with a power to weight ratio formula. This means that if you have a standard P76 you’ll be able to drive it on your Victorian P plates for Tassie 2021! VicRoads haven’t yet updated their list but when they do I’ll let you know. The ratio is set at 140kw per tonne..... the P76 is same as the eco boost Falcon at 114kw per tonne.
