Fill the pot with enough cold water to cover the potatoes and bring to a simmer over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium, cover the pot, and simmer the potatoes until they are completely tender roughly 30 to 35 minutes. 2 Drain the potatoes and then peel them then mash them or blend whichever you prefer make sure no lumps are left, Let cool until almost at room temperature, 20 minutes. 3 flour a work surface. In a small bowl, mix the flour with the salt. Add the egg to the potatoes and then add the flour mixture. Mix with your hands until the flour starts to come together forming a dough. Transfer it to the floured surface and wash your hands. 4 Knead until the flour is fully combined and the dough is soft, Move the dough to one side, clean and flour surface. 5 Take a piece of dough about the size of your hand and put the towel on the rest to not dry out. 11.01.2022 Comfort Mac n Cheese Ingredients 3 tbls butter... 3 tbls flour 1/2 cup milk 500g macaroni 100g cheddar 100g mozzarella 100g Parmesan 100g Gouda 1tsp salt 1 tsp pepper Instructions Preheat oven to 200 degrees. 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil; add a generous sprinkling of salt the pasta thencooks for 5min (half cook), 2. melt the butter in a skillet or pot large enough to hold the pasta when its done. Add the flour and stir over medium heat until the mixture is lightly browned; 1-2 minutes. 3. Add the milk and whisk to remove any lumps and add the salt and pepper. 4.Cook over medium-high heat until the sauce thickens and starts to bubble. About 6 minutes. 5.Stir in the 4 cheese and whisk until smooth and melted.Turn off the heat. 6.When the pasta is almost done but still firm, drain it and add to the sauce.Stir the pasta into the sauce and then place into bake tray ,sprinkle some more cheese on top bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese melted and browned. 06.01.2022 Vegan Zuc n Cheese Recipe Ingredients... 2 Tbsp olive oil or vegan butter 4-5 cloves of garlic 1 large to medium cauliflower head cut into florets 1/2 cup of water 1/2 cup of plain unsweetened plant milk or water 1 tbsp nutritional yeast 2 tsp corn starch 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp salt 2 large zucchini 150g bio cheese Instructions Zucchini pasta 1. Spiral 2 large zucchini and place them in a bowl. Will use zucchini after sauce is made. Cauliflower Sauce 1.Heat olive oil or butter over medium heat in a medium pot. Add garlic and cook until slightly browned and fragrant Add oil and cooked garlic to the blender. 2.In the same pot, add your cauliflower florets with 1/2 cup of water. Cover and let steam for 10 minutes until tender. 3.Add cooked cauliflower to the blender. Add the remaining ingredients expect the 120g of cheese (bio) to the blender and blend until completely smooth. If the sauce is no longer hot, add the sauce to your Pot and heat over medium low until desired temperature melt 120g of cheese into the sauce. Final step 1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees 2. Then Add raw zucchini into the cheese sauce till well covered, Pour into oven safe dish and Add 30g cheese to sprinkle or the top. 3. 05.01.2022 Green beans, egg, potato salad!! yummm must try this one share and like Ingredients 1/4 cup olive oil... 3tbls balsamic vinegar 3 cups green beans 5 red skin baby potato 4 large eggs 1/2 cup cherry tomato 1/2 cup red onion 70g light feta cheese 10g Oregano Salt and pepper Instructions 1.pre heat oven 180c Put the potatoes in bake try with 3 tbls of olive oil then sprinkle the oregano all over, roast until tender and crispy about 25-30 minutes, depending on size you cut the potato. 2. Whilst the potato are in the oven, set a pot with water and bring to a boil, cut the ends of the green beans, and put them Into the pot, grab your eggs and also add them to the boiling water. Should be about 10min drain all the water, separate the eggs from the green beans adding the eggs into a cold ice bath for easy peeling. Then set them aside 3.chopped red onion, and halve the cherry tomatoes and set aside. 4.making the dressing add the balsamic vinegar to the left over olive oil, add salt and pepper and mix.set aside. 5. Now time to bring it all together, start of with the green beans into a bowl,then take your peeled boiled eggs and cut them into the bowl,add the roasted potatoes, next add the red onions,cherry tomatoes and finally add the dressing then Mix it all in. 6.
