07.01.2022 What We Offer The first appointment is a no obligation, complimentary onsite listing assessment. Our team will inspect your property and ask a series of questions in order to gather the information we need to make our assessment. As part of this process we will also make suggestions and put forward options on how best to set up and market your property. Consultancy and Management Options ... Recommendations and Advice Pac N Stay (PNS) is employed on a consultancy basis. We will make an assessment of where improvements and changes are required and a written report is produced and supplied to you so that you can follow up on the recommendations. Our team will be available for ongoing help and guidance and to provide advice to you on different scenarios as required. Overhaul Existing Listing The PNS team will rework and overhaul your existing Airbnb listing over a four month period. For the first two months PNS will take over managing the listing and make sure you that you are trained to take over future management. During the last two months the PNS team will stay on in the background making suggestions and providing advice as needed Property Management Pac N Stay will provide full management of the property, and will create a brand new Airbnb listing.
