22.01.2022 The man doesn’t know that there is a snake underneath. The woman doesn’t know that there is a stone crushing the man. The woman thinks: I am going to fall! And... I can’t climb because the snake is going to bite me! Why can’t the man use a little more strength and pull me up! The man thinks: I am in so much pain! Yet I’m still pulling you as much as I can! Why don’t you try and climb a little harder!? The moral is you can’t see the pressure the other person is under, and the other person can’t see the pain you’re in. This is life, whether it’s with work, family, feelings or friends, we should try to understand each other. Learn to think differently, perhaps more clearly and communicate better. A little thought and patience goes a long way. Be kind to people. Everyone we meet is fighting their own battle.

10.01.2022 Stress ages us at a cellular level...skin, hair, immune system etc leading to premature ageing, chronic inflammation and higher risk of many diseases. It is not the "stressor" that causes stress, it is our reaction to it. A healthy diet, exercise, meditation and even just breathing deeply can help us deal better with those situations and see them as challenges instead, or just part of the day - help us enjoy life more and increase our HEALTH SPAN. Here is some science beh...ind it - Elizabeth Blackburn won a Nobel Price for this work. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2wseM6wWd74 I love this stuff! See more

08.01.2022 No surprises here! Ultra-processed foods are generally high in kilojoules and low in nutrients, as well as full of additives. Our bodies weren't designed to deal with this food all the time, leading to poor gut health, obesity, diabetes and a range of other baddies...think overfed and under-nourished! When in doubt - just eat real food, as close as possible to the way it comes from nature!

07.01.2022 Dahl has to be a favourite of mine, so nourishing, great on its own or with fish. Her added some #turmeric fish I always add #extraveggies like #acauliflower. Dhal is a great source of #dietaryfibre, #bvitamins, it is awesome for lunch the next day and freezes well so you have a fast healthy meal ready anytime. #tastyfastandfun #pachamamanutrition recipe is on my website - link in bio
