24.01.2022 Pacific Motors is open for business to service and maintain your vehicles to our usual high standards. With the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic upon us, we wanted to assure all our customers we are doing everything we can to ensure you and your vehicle's visit to us is as safe as possible. In addition to the Pacific Motors Coronavirus policy (which is available upon request), we have also implemented the following:... * All touch points of vehicles will be wiped down with hospital grade disinfectant before, during and after servicing is completed. * Vehicle's keys will be wiped down with hospital grade disinfectant before being returned to you. * Keypad of eftpos machine wiped down with hospital grade disinfectant before and after each use. * Customer waiting area will be cleaned and sanitized numerous times each day. While we are doing what we can to help keep you safe, we ask that to help keep us safe and assist by: * Removing any open drinks or food packaging from your vehicle. * Turning off your heating or air conditioning systems so no air is blowing out the vents in the vehicle. * Observing the social distancing laws put in place by the Australian Government. A pick up and delivery service of your vehicle is available for customers in the surrounding suburbs. However, for the time being, we will not be dropping customers home or to the train station.
