22.01.2022 I am often asked "how do you do this and not eat all the good foods?" I respond I eat amazing, yummy foods that feed my mitochondria! I am not deprived at all! ... This beautiful colorful salad was shared by Wahls Warrior Aroha. Thank you for sharing this with us. We hope this inspires you to eat more of these radical things called vegetables. Top layer: bacon, chicken, beets (I cooked these 3), avocado, strawberries, carrots, cauliflower. Bottom layer: mixed greens, green onions (aka spring onions), hemp seeds, nutritional yeast. Dressing: drizzled with olive oil.
