06.01.2022 Our team at Pacific Pines Chempro Chemist are committed to the health of our community during the Covid-19 pandemic. We have adopted the following measures to protect our community and our staff: - Increased staff hand washing and hand sanitising procedures... - Increased disinfection of all surfaces within the pharmacy including counters, eftpos machines, door and fridge door handles, blood pressure machines, phones etc - Advice for staff not to attend work if unwell with fever or respiratory symptoms - Drive thru service available from 7am-midnight to reduce contact - Maintaining a distance of at least 1.5 meters between staff and customers - Removing items like magazines and catalogues that people may handle from the shop floor. We ask that all customers do their part in reducing this outbreak by: - Staying home and getting someone else to fill your prescriptions if you have been advised to self-isolate, or have any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath AND have travelled overseas in the last 14 days or have had contact with any confirmed cases of Covid-19 - Consider staying home or using our drive-thru service even if you don’t meet the above criteria but have any cold or flu symptoms - Coughing or sneezing into a tissue or your bent elbow - Washing or sanitising hands regularly and not touching your face - Keeping at least 1.5m from other customers and staff - Using cards with tap and go feature, rather than cash, where possible Lastly, please keep in mind that like all pharmacies Australia-wide, we are experiencing extremely busy, stressful conditions right now and are doing our very best to serve each and every customer and refill our shelves with medications and stock. 02.01.2022 A quick update for our customers to help protect you and our staff: - as of tomorrow Monday 30/03 we will be opening half an hour later at 7:30am and also be closing for half an hour from 2:30-3:00pm to allow for cleaning and disinfection. -our shopfront will close at 9:30pm instead of 10pm, again for cleaning and disinfection, but our drive thru will still be open until midnight as usual. -as of tomorrow staff will be wearing face masks. Please don’t be alarmed, this is jus...t another precaution we are taking to ensure we can stay open to serve you. -there are now black markings on the floor showing the required 1.5m distance you need to stand from the counter and other customers. Please stick to these social distancing guidelines. And don’t forget to stay home if you have any fever or respiratory symptoms.
