25.01.2022 Thanks to the Sunland Group for their generous donation of a new defibrillator. This new piece of lifesaving equipment will be on the beach every time our lifesavers are on patrol in case it is needed.

16.01.2022 Thanks to the City of Gold Coast COVID-19 Community Organisation Recovery Grants Program we have been able to purchase a broad range of equipment. We now have a range of maintenance equipment to enable us to keep the club tidy and clean. Equipment was also purchased to assist with patrol operations.

11.01.2022 Congratulations to our member Ken Clark on being awarded Life Membership of Surf Life Saving Queensland for his outstanding dedication to the organisation. Andrew McNeilly was also presented with his father’s, Malcolm McNeilly MBE, Surf Life Saving Australia Life Membership cap.

10.01.2022 It was an extremely busy day for our lifesavers today who assisted with more than 10 rescues and also provided support to our neighbouring club, Tallebudgera SLSC, during a major incident. The beach was so busy some members cut their Australia Day celebrations short to head down to patrol and provide extra support. Thanks everyone for your efforts!

07.01.2022 It was great to have our members involved in the Gold Coast Youth Development Camp this weekend. We had representation on both the coordination and leadership team, as well as three participants. Across the weekend they participated in a range of activities aimed at growing their leadership and teamwork skills. They also heard about a range of opportunities available to them through surf lifesaving.
