Are you open to an outcome... and if so do you know what that is? Even more so, what blocks you from achieving this outcome? A good coach will ask these and tease them out. ( no I work hard and make better choices that move me toward a desired outcome 3) Lucky - your lucky to have... BS ( I worked dam hard to ....)... Im grateful for those in my life. Im grateful for those that arent and the lessons I got from them. Im grateful for sticking by my values. Be grateful, make a better choice and take an opportunity. Change these 3 words for 1 full week, 7 days and see, hear and feel what you notice.
