21.01.2022 Update on our legal case I have currently collected nearly 1500 screenshots of comments in different posts that have been published in regard to our case. On top of that are private messages from clients sending us information, and messages sent to us by defendants. Now I am sorting though who sent what to who. Collecting names evidence and filing them with corresponding sceenshots. Of course the main person is his ex landlord who wrote a post about her ex tennant Phil stati...ng he wrecked her home and didn't pay her rental fee. Then went ahead and posted pictures taken out of context and also taken while the property was under contract with Phil being the paying tenant at the time without his consent. We will also be working towards getting a facebook page shut down for using their Administration power to grand stand a one sided post to discredit Phil's business without actually using his services and post links and pictures of his intellectual property, and to not only allow but take part in personal vindictive comments, rape and paedophilia accusations, taunting and bullying him about being sexually assaulted as a child and death threats being made against him, his family and animals. There are around 5 or 6 other people we are looking at filing against for a variety of different legal reasons. Phil can't even advertise a horse for sale without one of the 6 defendants writing a snide remark or personal messaging a potential buyer or client for that matter, with a warning or buyer beware story. A few of the other defendants aren't so shy in shutting potential clients down by belittling and bullying them in choosing a different trainer without knowing Phil's training method's at all, acuse him of animal abuse, acuse him of sexually assaulting his clients, admitting in a facebook group they personally message his potential clients to deter them from using his service. 5 years of this keyboard worrior I am holier than thou attitude is getting a wake up call. These people will be made accountable and they will be paying for the damage they have caused out of their pockets. See more

09.01.2022 This is Winston walking past a house with a dog that stands at the fence barking at us. He used to pull me towards the fence and bark his head off aggressively.... Now, after a fortnight stay with Phil and a lot of work since, he has a few nervous glances but mostly ignores the dog. You can see how much slack is in the leash. We also managed to walk past two big dogs today without him lunging or barking. There was a couple of metres between the dogs (the other person moved to the road) but it was still the calmest hes ever been with an approaching dog. Hopefully we can start to get closer with our passes. He walks past people with no issues at all (used to lunge at everyone). Winston is certainly not perfect yet but hes made a lot of improvements in the couple of months since staying with Phil. See more
