25.01.2022 *FYI* Due to an EQ system error, our P&C members have been without access to our school emails since Christmas Day. We apologise if you have emailed us personally, or have emailed the central P&C email address and received a bounce back (or nothing at all). We promise we aren’t ignoring you on purpose!... We’re waiting on the school to rectify the problem but as everyone is on leave - it’s taking some time. If you need us in the meantime, please PM this page and one of our admins will get back to you. 22.01.2022 Tuckshop Day is held on the first Friday in November to recognise and give a special thank you to all tuckshop workers and volunteers across Queensland state schools. It also highlights the important role tuckshops play in school life. Providing nutritious food and drinks means families can have one less task to worry about at the start of their day and helps students to concentrate and learn well in class. Tomorrow we recognise Pam, Sam and their tremendous volunteers for al...l the work they do keeping our kiddies fed. Their work also allows our P&C to financially give back to the school in numerous ways. So, whether you are one of our staff, a mum, a dad, a carer, a grandma or grandpa, or just a member of our community that volunteers at the Pine Cone Café...THANK YOU! PPPS P&C Executive

22.01.2022 Last week we gave our P&C tuckshop staff and volunteers a BIG wrap on Tuckshop Day - unfortunately, we don’t know of a Uniform Shop Day We don’t want our awesome vollies in our teeny shop to miss out though... So, this is us throwing a great big thank you in Sarah and Belinda’s direction!!!... When our circumstances changed this year, and our exec was no longer able to volunteer in the shop ourselves, these great mums answered the call. Thank you ladies - the role you play in our school IS essential and the job you do for our P&C is just incredible

21.01.2022 Please be advised that online (Flexischools) uniform orders for this year have now closed. Our uniform shop will be open for one last time tomorrow morning 8-9am. Any online orders received after this afternoon will be filled and available for pickup in our Back-to-School sessions:... Wednesday 20th January (same day as book pack drop off day): 12noon - 4pm Thursday 21st January: 9am - 12noon Friday 22nd January: 2pm - 5pm

20.01.2022 Please avoid sending children to school with such large denominations of cash. Not only can we not change this in our tuckshop (particularly at 8:30am - to buy a flavoured milk), but it presents safety issues for your child. This is the second $50 in two days.... 07.01.2022 Please be advised that pre-orders for Winter Uniform items are now OPEN. This year, orders may be placed using Flexischools (preferred) or in store during our opening times (Wednesday mornings and Friday afternoons). As the sizing of our jackets and jumpers are quite generous, we recommend coming and trying one of our sample sizes if you aren’t familiar with the fit. Online orders can be placed with Flexischools via their web based platform (www.flexischools.com.au) or via th...e Flexischools app. Orders will remain open until COB Friday 26th February 2021 and as always, uniform shop orders through Flexischools are transaction fee free. Please note, that in the interest of cost and space, there will be limited extra stock ordered (beyond what is pre-ordered by families) - so now is your ONLY opportunity to absolutely secure your school approved winter items. Our local supplier advises that our order should be ready at the start of Term 2. If we can fill your order early from current store stock, we will do so. Please also note that as we are discontinuing our winter trackpants, limited remaining stock is available in store (only) at a heavily discounted price.

02.01.2022 Our Uniform Shop will only open for a short time in the morning (at 8am) for Flexischools pickups and urgent purchases only. We will close our doors promptly at 8:30am so that we can assist our own excited kids on Day 1 of the school year 1 more sleep!
