23.01.2022 Meet ETTA... Our talented cafe-all rounder, always greeting our customers with a big smile and friendly hello She started at Paddock 3 years ago with zero experience and was super shy. Fast forward, and she has blossomed into an essential and well loved crew member. Taught from scratch, she’s become a barista superstar (training highlighted her natural talent and technique on the coffee machine and slated her as one to watch), she bakes enthusiastically and is methodica...l and detail orientated in everything she undertakes. (Best cutter of cheese EVER, so precise LOVE IT)... She’s combined working with a double degree in marketing and entertainment and has an extremely bright future ahead of her. 04.01.2022 We are super excited to safely see all our regulars from Tuesday 12th Jan. We will be following strict COVID guidelines as set out by the Queensland government and will post more as information comes to light tomorrow. Cross fingers we can have dine-in’s but if not, we will be takeaway only. The safety of my customers and my crew is top priority! X

04.01.2022 We are a few days into 2021 and I would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our beloved regulars and customers a wonderful New Year. I wish to acknowledge how much the Paddock community rallied around me and my sons, Hamish and Liam, and my crew, during Covid. Many of you quietly let me know you would wholeheartedly support my little cafe and not let us go under. I will openly admit I was scared at the beginning about what would happen to my business. It was the unk...nown we were all facing and sadly many people/businesses have suffered as a result. Your support, both personally and thru daily custom, hasn’t gone unnoticed. I will forever be grateful I’ll work out a way to repay you somehow, someday! So, from my TEAM to everyone, thank you!
