23.01.2022 I am sorry all, Paddock to Garment is temporarily closed. We will reopen as soon as Government restrictions allow. In the mean time, the alpacas are still growing gorgeous fleece and I am spinning and weaving on my own. I am still available for commissions, however, they need to be over the phone and by photo of colours etc.

14.01.2022 The latest edition to the Paddock to Garment fleece producers. Meet Rick - the most gorgeous ever. Born this morning. So cute.

13.01.2022 A lovely alpaca combination. Rachida & Caitlyn. The interaction of the yarn is amazing. #handmadeincygnet #makersofthehuon #beyondhobart #tasmanianmade #handwoven

11.01.2022 Pure alpaca from my farm - 'Rachida' & 'Caitlyn' - handwoven together, their interaction creates an intricate pattern. #artistsandmakersofthehuon #hobartandbeyond #handmadeincygnet #productofthehuon #hobartandbeyond #handmadeinthehuon #handmadeinaustralia #discovertasmania

09.01.2022 'Bubble Wrap' - exploiting the differential shrinkage properties of red eri silk (which is actually naturally gold in colour) and black alpaca - a bubble texture is created across this handwoven Quesquimitl. Finished with Japanese glass beads and black onyx. 07.01.2022 Working with 'spun gold silk' has its benefits in iso. Destined for an alpaca silk commission. #artistsandmakersofthehuon #huonvalley #southerntrove #productofthehuon #thehuon #hobartandbeyond #handmadeinthehuon #handmadeincygnet

04.01.2022 Colour and texture happening. Alpaca, silk...and...stainless steel. The stainless steel is so very fine and just gives a glint of silver in the finished item, but adds so much to the texture of the yarn.
