05.01.2022 STOKED to announce that I've listed PHIT with Warringah council and have permission to train at Dee Why Park under the lights with a bunch of brand new gear, starting THIS MONDAY the 2nd of May. First week will be FREE!! So be sure to come along and spread the word to friends/family or anyone else who you want by your side through the sweat! Cheap, easy, fast You will need: -A can of 4-bean mix... -Boneless skinless chicken breast -Any green veggies you have -balsamic vinegar 1) dice up and cook the chicken (season it for taste)- leave to cool. 2) cut up veggies and throw everything into a mixing bowl (drain beans first!!) 4) enjoy the gains
