16.01.2022 Stand-up paddle boarding is so much more than fitness to me. It’s a great way to connect with your kids, and nature. Today we drove to Clontarf, dropped the board in the water and enjoyed some undisturbed daddy-daughter time. The ride from Clontarf reserve to Shell Cove really isn't long, but as I will be letting the girls get on their kids SUP in the summer, I want them to get comfortable riding around boats, cross wakes, etc. The mostly empty cove for our picnic and rockpool exploration was a nice way to break the day. 02.01.2022 Sorry we haven't been very active in a while. Lots of behind the scene work happened during winter, and with only a few days to spring it was time to get back on the water. And as you can see, my 3yr clearly has some work to do on her paddling technique Yet, good on her for asking to go to the Lane Cove river and get some padding on!
