However, his favourite part of working with us is having fun with his team mates. ... 03.01.2022 Team Spotlight | Rick Ton aka Diznick Rick is our Logistics Coordinator here at Padman Stops and has been working for the Padman group for 5 years Rick's biggest achievement at work was being offered his current job role, closely followed by winning bowling against the boss 2 years running ... However, despite taking great pride in beating the boss in bowling, Rick's favourite part of the job is the people he gets to work with on a daily basis If Rick saw himself doing any other job, it'd still be working at Padman's because in his words, 'it's the place to be' But...in another life he's pretty sure he was a publican, as he doesn't mind a nice cold drink after a long days work, plus he likes to entertain and enjoys meeting new people Some sage advice from Rick that he's carried with him since he was a kid is 'to treat others how he likes to be treated' and if he were to have one superpower it would be 'to make everyone happy.'
