19.01.2022 There is a hero in everyone, theres a king waiting to lead. Every action shapes the Nations future. Let us sow seeds that will make us proud of the harvest. Enjoy this song produced by Cobhams Asuquo. Ttitled - Leader.

19.01.2022 By Ayo Akinfe I am sure I am not the only one who has been struggling to get to terms with this: Omoyele Sowore - 33,953 votes Kingsley Moghalu - 21,886 votes ... Fela Durotoye- 16,779 votes Total: 72,618 (1) These guys really lit up the presidential campaign with a plethora of brilliant ideas. To be honest, I did not expect either of them to win but at the very least each of them should have polled at least 1m votes. (2) In the 2003 elections, Obasanjo, Buhari and Ojukwu stood for president and Ojukwu came third with over 1m votes. Is there any reason for say Sowore who came tops of this trio should not to have done likewise? (3) Given the innovative suggestions they came up with on education, healthcare, economic diversification, transport, housing, etc, is there really any justification for Nigerians not voting for them en mass? Even the youth whose they were championing did not come out for them. (4) Just to put everything into context, Dino Melaye scored 85,395 votes in Kogi West alone. How could Melaye score more votes in one senatorial district alone than the three of them combined nationwide? (5) There is something fundamentally wrong with us as a people if we cannot appreciate good ideas. When people tell you how they will cut class sizes to 30, make transport rail-based, expand agriculture, diversify your economy and bring your diasporans back to run healthcare, you owe them at least 1m votes. (6) I bet that even if some ethnic bigot in the mould of Adolf Hitler ran for president in 2023, he would get at least 500,000 votes. I put it to you that even the likes of MC Oluomo, Abubakar Shekau, Asari Dokubo and Nnamdi Kanu can all get 500,000 votes nationwide with ease (7) Every people get the government they deserve. We have had ideas put to us and did not appreciate them. Do we really deserve good governance? (8) Neither Buhari or Atiku gave us any details of how they intend to diversify our economy and end this mad dependence on crude oil, yet we gave them over 26m votes (9) As 2023 looms, we have to ask ourselves some hard questions as a people. Are we not wholly complicit in our own oppression? (10) If no one can quote one economic policy of President Buhari, what right do we have to demand anything of him over the next four years?
