24.01.2022 Friday the 21st we will be delivering meat paella serves in Adelaide, so if you are interested, please, let me know. Saturday the 22nd we will be preparing a seafood paella to be ready at 12:30 in 61 Para Road in Evanston. Last Monday, 17th, it was St Pascual Baylon, my town's saint. It's a local holiday over there and Mondays we celebrate the "Xulla" translated as chop. We prepare fires on the streets to have coals ready for dinner, to cook lamb chops, chorizo, mo...rcilla, etc... We celebrate it with friends or neighbours, and we set up long tables to share the dinner. It's one of my favourite traditions from Vila-real and it's really nice to smell the smoke all over the city. Due to Covid this year it hasn't been possible to do it although I prepared something similar at home, here in Evanston, and these are the pictures I'm posting today. The meat from the coals to the table, bread, alioli and good company, a great experience!!! Bon appetite!

First of all, I'm from Vila-real and I'm super happy because we won the UEFA Europa league against Manchester United, our town, with a population of 50,000 people is the smallest town ever winning this championship. Second... we are going to be delivering paella tomorrow in Adelaide, centre, Grange, Mitchell Park... so if you are interested in any serve, please, let me know! 15.01.2022 Thanks for the people who came yesterday to the Craigmore market, specially for the ones who came on purpose to get some paella. I cooked extra meat paella serves to have heat&eat serves available during the week. Friday we prepared and delivered more than 50 serves for a company in Adelaide. If you would like us to go to your workplace to deliver paellas serves, please message or contact us. ... In Gawler and roundabouts no delivery fees for orders of 5 or more serves. $14 Meat paella $12 vegan paella Bon appetite! Second tip to cook paellas: Ingredients. There are some ingredients that traditionally, are never added to a paella. One is chorizo. Chorizo is a very greasy/fat meat and spicy sometimes, so it will not allow to enjoy all the other flavours that are supposed to be in a paella.

12.01.2022 Hi everyone!!! Tomorrow we will be preparing a meat paella in Craigmore Community Market, we hope to see you there!!! We also will have some serves for heat&eat in the fridge, vegan or meat will be the options. In order to cook a good paella I will be giving some tips, so here you are the first one. ... 1.- Choose a good rice, meaning a short, small, one. Bomba is ideal as it absorbs very well the flavours you have previously prepared in the paella pan. Don't cook a paella with basmati rice!!! Arborio rice may be an option if you can't find bomba or similar ones. Bon appetite! Still happy for my soccer team Vila-real!!!!
