The judge this afternoon when our clients obtained a surrogacy parentage order for their second child. Partner Stephen Page and associate Karen Gough had already represented them in obtaining a parentage order for their first child. Both children were present in court today for such a momentous occasion. The honour and privilege were ours to represent them. Karen Gough, who did so much to help our clients with both journeys, also had the pleasure of attending today.

15.01.2022 Certainly a COVID era event at Page Provan last week as we conducted a recruitment process to hire a new Executive Assistant for our firm. With interviews conducted via Zoom, one of the candidates got stuck in traffic behind an accident, pulled over, sat in her car and comfortably went about the interview sitting in the front seat of her car, ignition turned off, and no air conditioning!!! Talk about being versatile and adapting to her situation. The candidate took it all in her stride, told us the situation and.she got the job!!! 04.01.2022 We mourn the loss of Anne-Marie Hutchinson, centre, legendary family lawyer from London, and a close friend and colleague. AMH led the way against the trafficking of women and children and in international regulation of surrogacy. As this picture demonstrates, she had a passion for life. AMH will be sorely missed. The world was a better place for her being in it, and a worse place with her gone.
