05.01.2022 Today is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and the beginning of 16 days of activism against gender based violence. This year’s theme is 'Orange the World: Fund, Respond, Prevent, Collect' and for our 16 days of activism, we amplify our voices in eliminating violence against women. Accompanying the crisis has been a spike in domestic violence and Bayside Women's Shelter have seen an increase of 30% demand for their shelter services. Take action today as an individual and orange your social media and let your community know you are there for support, share support resources and information about available DV services. Orange the world by also speaking up against cyber violence. Bayside Women's Shelter

04.01.2022 Glenn Redding has been training hard for his big ride for Domestic Violence and in support of the clubs fundraiser for Bayside Women's Shelter. This week on Wednesday 25 November 2020 is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and marks Day One of the 16 Days of Activism. We will be asking for donations during this time in support for this cause and leading up to Glenn's ride down south in Early December. Glenn's goal is to ride 500km south of Sydn...ey in one week to support this initiative and all money raised will be donated to the Bayside Women’s Shelter. He will be riding solo and without a support crew to represent that most women don't have support during this time, until they get to a place like Bayside Women's Shelter. Please join us in supporting this amazing initiative and raise funds for a cause that we so passionately support. bit.ly/pbfcbws2020 See more
