06.01.2022 Swipe Traditional bulk Never Again!!!!! Traditional bulking is it really the way to go???!!!... This is definitely a little embarrassing to show however what I want you to take from this is to listen to your body and understand that life is a learning curb.... I was wanting to put on some more size so I went down the traditional bulking phase (second photo) However I was not listening to my body and was eating way to much of the wrong foods that my body didn’t agree with, and the end result was fat gain and mass bloating and feeling shitty and uncomfortable. So what did I do???? I restructured my nutrition and went back to basics..... measured my portion sizes and eliminated foods that caused bloating and made me feel crappy, like sugar/ dairy and grain. The end result after a good training and nutrition program well I feel and look much better and have more energy.... still more improvement to come, the lesson to learn here is that nothing happens fast it’s all a journey and trying to speed things up will only cause negative kick backs to your health.
