25.01.2022 Hot day today with some intense sunshine. Luckily there was a slight breeze that gave some relief. The majority of runners finished today which is a good result.

14.01.2022 Technically not winter but it felt like 12C anyway. That didnt stop a solid turnout of about 100 committed starters. Even Group 1&2 had enough for a quorum!! Good stuff team and see yall again next time.

13.01.2022 At the start, the weather seemed cool, but by the time the groups reached Farm Cove the humidity dial turned up to high. Hard slog bringing it home today but another solid workout. A good PAIN hit-out reduces that guilty feeling each time you reach for that chocolate.

12.01.2022 Good session today team and strong turnout as usual. . It began with sunny and humid conditions but finished with a nice cool breeze dropping the humidity and lifting morale. Lets keep up the momentum leading to Xmas. Give yourself the excuse to gorge over the holidays!!!

11.01.2022 Today was the final PAIN for 2018. Good turnout for this time of year. It was a deceptively hot and humid day. Good work everyone for wrapping up a long year with a solid run. This year, our numbers were consistently solid throughout so thanks for getting the word out there. Have a safe and very happy holidays, and lets meet again from the 8 Jan 2019 to deal some more PAIN.
