04.01.2022 While the current COVID-19 pandemic continues, the multi-disciplinary team at PainMedSA are committed to continuing our services via Telehealth systems. Dr Green, Dr Vo & Dr Hollington are available for telehealth/telephone consultations and are able to expedite referrals for new patients who are isolated and vulnerable due to the COVID-19 epidemic. We will continue to deliver our service remotely as required, and will able to contact patients via video conferencing or via te...lephone. We are also continuing to see third party/compensable patients during this time. We are also particularly experienced in providing psychological assistance for those with, or concerned about, physical health conditions/symptoms. With the recent systemic job losses in the community, the potential fallout from a mental health perspective can be detrimental. Consultation with one of our psychologists who is easily accessible can help alleviate these concerns, and generate ways to cope with the state of the world. For those patients that are particularly vulnerable, we are able to appoint these patients in conjunction with a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan. If you require further information, email us at [email protected] or speak with your GP for a referral.

03.01.2022 Update: We are still experiencing issues with our phones but we are seeing people ringing in now. Issues stem from an NBN upgrade that was scheduled to rollover next week but unfortunately has occurred a week earlier. Telstra are working with us to enable phone access for the remainder of today, but there may be temporary issues again while the process resumes next week. We appreciate everyone’s patience during this time.

01.01.2022 It would appear we are having issues with our phone lines at the moment. We are working to correct this problem as quickly as possible. We understand the issues this is creating with regards to communicating with us. We will keep you posted with progress.
