24.01.2022 This time 4 years ago we hosted our first event here in Perth with Peter Blinston, from our long term supported project Painted Dog Conservation in Zimbabwe. Also joining us was our Patron Tony Park doing his book launch, and our MC extraordinaire was our other Patron Simon Reeve!

22.01.2022 THANK YOU TO EVERYONE for supporting the #WildlifeRangerChallenge (WRC)-to date we have raised $4139.20 , which will be donated to our supported project Painted Dog Conservation in Zimbabwe, via theOfficial WRC Just Giving Team page at the end of October. A HUGE thank you to our Patron Tony Park Author for running the 21kms to raise awareness and funds for the cause. The BENEFIT of donating via ourselves is that if you are within Australia, your donation is tax deductible.... We will then make one lump sum donation to the Challenge. In addition, for every dollar raised for the Challenge, these funds are being MATCHED by the Scheinberg Relief Fund, and Donations are still being accepted until the END OF OCTOBER. To clarify, EVERY DOLLAR -100% of what we donate is sent to our supported project Painted Dog Conservation. The Scheinberg Relief Fund matches our donation, dollar for dollar-however, 25% of their matched funds goes towards our chosen Charity, and the 75% of the matched funds is pooled and at the end of October, the Wildlife Ranger Challenge committee decides where these matched funds are dispersed-to the area in greatest need. So a great result that apart from our chosen project received additional bonus funds, that this philanthropic gesture is directly benefiting many Wildlife Rangers across Africa. So if we raise $5000, this $5000 goes to PDC in Zimbabwe, The Scheinberg Relief Fund matches an additional $5000, of which $1250 is also donated directly to PDC, and the $3750 to the Parks most in need-as per the graphic below. 18.01.2022 This time 7 years ago, our Chairman John Lemon was in Liuwa Plains in Zambia, with our supported project Zambian Carnivore Programme. A stunning location, where they were collaring wildebeests and also had the pleasure of spending time with legendary lioness, Lady Liuwa.

18.01.2022 Some more progress of the Painted Dog Rehabilitation and Holding facility being built by our partners at Endangered Wildlife Trust in South Africa, which we have contributed to, in addition to the Vet Clinic now being incorporated into the plan! Great work by @Cole Du Plessis and the team!

15.01.2022 What an amazing event with our Patron #simonreeve last night! It was a celebration of what we have been still able to achieve since the onset of Covid 19 and a celebration of being able to actually host an event and reconnect with each other. We also had Morgan Pelt and her Fiance Garth De Bruno in the audience and previewed their documentary The Last Horns of Africa , featuring the work of Care for Wild Rhino Sanctuary . Thank to you to Tribal Village for the provision of some amazing African artefacts for our auction too! It was also a pleasure to have Mike and Sandy Du Plessis in the audience- parents of Cole du Plessis, whose work in South Africa we support via Endangered Wildlife Trust

13.01.2022 This time 2 years ago we hosted Peter Blinston and Jealous Mpofu from Painted Dog Conservation in Zimbabwe for a fundraising night here in Perth. We also had 2 of our Patrons in attendance- Fuz Caforio of Fuz Caforio Wildlife Art and Nathan Ferlazzo from Marini Ferlazzo, in addition to Allisdair MacDonald from our supported project Shinganda Wildlife Wilderness in Zambia, and Andrew Mac, who has raised funds for Painted Dog Conservation in Zimbabwe. Thanks also to our auctioneer extraordinaire Josh Brockhurst for making the night a success!

03.01.2022 A big shout out of support to our Patron #SimonReeve . We have had the privilege of having Simon as our Patron for almost 10 years. Many of us will remember growing up watching Simon grace our screens- so we feel honoured to have him on board. He has been the MC and auctioneer for 10 of our Fundraising events with Kevin Richardson across Australia, in addition to the numerous events here in Perth he has been MC for- and as a special guest in his own right. He is the most ge...nerous person- has never asked for payment for any support given, and has been instrumental in helping us raise over $500,000 towards our frontline projects- simply by being there and sharing his passion for Africa with us all. He has no ego and is one of nicest people we know...and he inspires us all to have the high level of integrity that he does. So it saddens us to see what is playing out in the media now between Channel 7 and Simon- so if you feel so inspired, please share your love for Simon far and wide.
