11.01.2022 When the deck has been thrashed by other trades and dome head nails have been used. This is one of the most annoying things about working on sites and for builders. The budget is capped so as much as I wanted to punch the nails and rip out the festool Ro150 and sand the deck it wasn't an option. Deck was washed with oxalic acid hand a ... Flood spa and deck was used which is not by favourite by any means. Although it looks neat, this is not my best work. 02.01.2022 Feels like it was only last week that I went and took some samples of paint tailings to get tested for lead. It was actually in October.. After filling all the correct paper work with work safe and having blood tests, lead tests and soil tests carried out before and after exterior works. The house was raised and moved forward and converted into dual living with upstairs being 3 bed 2 bath. Downstairs 1 bed 1 bath self contained apartment. 2 duplex 3 bed 2 bath town houses we...re built out the back. 02.01.2022 Just a bit of prep went into these windows. So glad they are all finished this one was brushed the rest were sprayed. 2 coats of wattyl acrylic timber primer on the exteriors. Then 2 coats of wattyl aquatrim.
