24.01.2022 An offering from me to you... An art therapy practice, to express & share your inner experience during these rapidly changing times, and to access who you feel in the present moment... to connect you with yourself and others... By sharing your art work of your inner experience on facebook or instagram with #comingbacktopresence Please share... In this time of global crisis... For examples of my practice see #herartsense But trust your art form... No rules just intention.

19.01.2022 I want to acknowledge the Sad passing of Tess Diamond. I am sorry that this news may reach you for the first time through this facebook post. But it is tough on many levels to share comfort and information at these times. I fondly remember Tess's dedicatiom to her painting and how she found someone much focus for the beauty in life and her family and where she quietly found meaning. With love to you all, Stay well, Michelle Buggy This is a post from her daughter in la...w... Today my beautiful mother-in-law Theresia Diamond passed away after contracting an infection. Tess was diagnosed many years ago with PSP but she never let it get her down, she always had a smile on her face and kept her wicked sense of humour. Tess was an inspiration to all her family and friends and dearly loved and was loved by her 4 boys Andrew, Jack, Nat and Tim along with her 4 daughters in law Shari, me, Jodie and Celeste. One of her greatest joys was being Ma to her 12 grand friends she made over the years through nursing, golf, art and mah-jong. We will all miss her terribly. RIP Tessie.
