21.01.2022 Yarle Street; Quick little restoration the last 2 days, These old red ceder boards had seen some better days the old flakey deteriorated paint was literally wiping off with your hand! After a very thorough pressure wash and sand, we applied Haymes preplock and then 3 coats of @haymespaint Solarshield and it came up a treat. Here's to hoping it never looks like it did again! Colour - COLORBOND PALE EUCALYPT

This poor rental property needed some serious work including stain blocking to ceilings due to water damage, excessive patching to walls and ceilings because of scratches and dings, no-more gapping to all architraves and skirtings and full system recoats to trims.
