21.01.2022 If you're looking for a fun, new way to celebrate, then we've got you covered!! Here's everything you need on hosting a pARTy with Paint Your Town: Cost:... $50/adult and $40/kid with a minimum of 8 people up to 30 in one session. We will offer a 10% discount if you have more than 15 people in your group. What's included: A customised creative experience starting with a personalised invitation for your guests, an event website page for you or guests to pay, and your own professional artist who sets up the table covers, paint, brushes, aprons, easels, music, 2 hr instruction and a canvas to take home. Where: We're completely mobile and come to you! Have it at your house & BYO, office, favourite venue, or even a park. You choose the venue and we'll arrange the rest for a stress-free experience! Need us to book something for you? No worries! Just reply with the date and time and we'll make the call Time: Each party lasts 4 hours: 1 hr setup 2-2 1/2 hr paint session 1/2 hr cleanup. You tell us what time you want to start painting and we'll be there an hour before to set up. Artwork: The best part- you get to choose the artwork that the group paints. Please visit our Artwork Gallery here. If you don't like any of them, don't worry, let us design one for you for only $50! Just let us know what theme/style painting you're looking for and I can narrow it down. ie. beach, sunset/sunrise, landscape, trees, people, abstract, modern... Invitation: We also have a personalised design for your party. Just let me know what info you want me to include and I'll get that to you asap. Then you can print and deliver, email out or post on your social media event page. Party deposit: To reserve your date, our private functions require a $100 deposit which is refunded to you after the party. You can pay party deposit here. Once you pay your deposit, we'll send you our Host Party Pack with an invitation to personalise, an email to guests, a private booking link for guests to prepay and anything else you may need. The fine print: If the minimum # of 8 isn't met, the balance is still due for 8 people. If for some reason you must cancel please do so within 14 days.
