25.01.2022 Looking forward to general Sateen running in the maiden hurdle at Casterton on Sunday. A first for the stable. He is a very bold jumper and we are keen to see him in a steeple chase. He has to run in two hurdle races before he can qualify to run in a steeple, after which his fitness should be pretty right. Hoping it stays wet for him!

20.01.2022 We are looking forward to Villopoto making his return to the track today at Stawell. Although not fully wound up we are expecting a forward showing . Also our other runner Sammer's Atom making his debut, going around to gain some experience. Anyone in the area and looking to fill in an afternoon would be advised to get your backside trackside on what should prove to be a great day 's racing.

19.01.2022 Expressions of interest are being sought to race Mujadale's half sister. Please contact Paul on 0417352706, for further details.

18.01.2022 Villopoto was impressive second up today at Ararat with another victory following his first up win at Stawell on Cup Day. It's certainly been a positive start to his preparation and we hope to see continuing improvement from him as he progresses further into his racing career.

16.01.2022 A good even run first up at Mooney Valley by Mujadale on Saturday. He has pulled up well and we are looking forward to rest of his spring preparation.

15.01.2022 A pleasing run from New Coupe today at Horsham. A late starter, 6yr old having her third run, she is coming to hand well. We are looking forward to having some fun with her as she learns her craft.

14.01.2022 A few shots of Villopoto's recent victories at Stawell and Ararat. Thanks to Peter Morganti for the shots (most of them)

14.01.2022 Off to Morphetville today with Mujadale. After a brave first up effort over a mile we are looking forward to him stepping up in distance as he prepares for his spring campaign.

12.01.2022 Fair to say it was a bit of an emotional farewell, Sammy certainly was a stable favourite. Sammy retired happy and well, she had come to the end of her prep and in the spring time she will be going off to stud to become a Mummy http://www.stawelltimes.com.au//paul-jones-farewells-one/

09.01.2022 Villopoto is well going into today's race. His condition and overall well being has improved since his first up run at Geelong. We are looking forward to seeing how he measures up to the class of today's race .

05.01.2022 Well , as predicted, Sammer's Atom was not afforded a great run from the wide barrier. He did however stick to his guns well and ran the race out nicely . The step up to 1600 and the soft track conditions didn't seem to faze him. He did still do a few things wrong in the run but that is to be expected in a horse still so new.

03.01.2022 Certainly would be a thrill to go back to back in the Great Western Cup! C. Hall on board.

01.01.2022 Making the short trip to Ararat today with Samer's Atom. With the track coming up at a soft7 we will learn a little more about him today. He is well in himself but does have a few obstacles to overcome, least of all the barrier. Wishing the connections well and hoping to see a few of you there .
