25.01.2022 Here is an extension in Devonport for Strong Construction, lovely timber feature ceilings, antique doors and 5x skylights, this should be an awesome space when finished!

21.01.2022 Here are some pics of the two units in Hobart, they were near mirror floor plans, so the 2 look similar, the bricks left revealed are original 1820s laid and will have a timber moulding on the edges made from some of the original timber from the house. You can see some old newspapers stuck to the bricks which unfortunately got covered up.

20.01.2022 Another day and another job started, this one is in miendetta, 2 storey place, Was a pain getting sheet up the stairwell but with the Csr devonport manager, delivery boys and us, we managed with no broken backs

17.01.2022 Here is the middle and last of the 3 units we finished Friday last week in Hobart. It was for Mark at Freestone Building Surveying, It differs from the outside 2 by having a Dorma upstairs, it was a great experience for the crew and came out great.
17.01.2022 Here is another project we completed yesterday in Millpond crt, Wynyard, Is by RFS projects and its one of their spec/display homes which will be for sale. 3 beds with en-suite and double garage. Nice simple design on a flat block, if your interested hit RFS projects up

15.01.2022 Another quality RFS project we finished hanging yesterday, all swept out ready for trowling, nothing like a nice clean job site to keep motivation up. Just added some more pics of this job all fished off, came out real nice and clean, Nice sharp internals and awesome 3ways on the square setting in the cupboards, We like to leave the project nice and clean for the next trades, sweep down all our joints, window sills and then scrape and sweep the floor.

14.01.2022 Some more pics of our hobart project, this is the rear, and the view of the city!! There is also old newspapers stuck to some of the brickwork! The boys did such an amazing job to get the outside units hung and trowled up in 3 days, there are a lot of tearaways and square setting! Aswell as working around others and having such a small space to work in. More pics to follow

13.01.2022 Well this is the last project we will complete this yr, Our 2nd of hopefully many for the Top Notch Tradies crew, Had a few nice features including 2 x neiches, a floor to ceiling cavity sliding door which was square set, 3x square set windows and a velux skylight, aswell as all the ceilings square set.
13.01.2022 So here is a project we have just nearly finished, only the alfresco and some maintenance/cornice around robes to finish off. It was for a new builder for us, M & J Crisp, I can totally recommend them for your project, the frame was extremely straight, even the 4.8m high wall was extremely straight!!

11.01.2022 Here is a nice little project for a private client, came out real nice, Had a little change up and used Csr aria cornice instead of the general cove most ppl go with. Lovely view from the property too!!

07.01.2022 Ok, so we had to go back to our extension project for strong construction as we had missed a detail in the arched antique door, I’m not sure how we missed it but once pointed out it was pretty obvious , so upon arrival, we were blessed with these gorgeous looking windows, wow, they are amazing!! Here shows the aftermath of the culprit, the bead we put around the door didn’t quite sit right and looked pretty off compared to the other side!! Will post pics on Tuesday showin...g the finished product and some more of the rest of the extension with the windows, including a nice bay window! Shows were only human and on rare occasions we do miss stuff! Luckily Adam and Jono were on the ball and picked it up and we were able to rectify it before it was painted!! Thanks again to strong construction.
07.01.2022 We have had the opportunity to do some work in hobart in a 1820s house thats being transformed into 3 units! This amazing house is one of the oldest standing houses in tasmania and still has some original brickwork inside! The outside facade is being restored as per council requirements and looks amazing. Pls turn down the sound (my voice is annoying) I took the video with notes so I could remember what needed to be done. Will post more vids and pics
05.01.2022 Here is a couple of units in Port Sorell, this was a RFS Projects job, squareset ceilings to main rooms, turned out real nice, the team at RFS are great to deal with, very professional and easy going.
05.01.2022 Well we went off to Tullah last week to do some work at the Tullah village cafe, we did well to get this all hung and topcoated in just short of 2 days, josh and kye went back today to sand it all off. Im glad now we get to do some local work for a while

04.01.2022 So, after a loooooooong month of whinging and complaining, Im proud to say that these 2, Joshua Aikman and kye belbin both completed dry July. We have no idea how they managed to get through!! Not sure how much they raised yet but I promised that I would chip in 10% of what they got, I also lost a bet to the pr of them as I was dead sure Id win Well done champions

01.01.2022 So were currently undertaking a Reno where the client wants to cover up some brick walls and a few timber ceilings, all the windows will be square set the old fashioned way with sheet and externals as window reveals wont work real well in this instance. See this space for the finished product.

Here are some pics, all hung, swept out, fresh plastic to protect the garage floor from mess as it wont be covered by floor covering, ready to make more mess again!! stay tuned for finish pics by the end of the week.
