23.01.2022 Morning to all our valued patients.. Due to all the discussion currently regarding the Coronavirus please see below the link released from the Australian Dental Association (ADA). Main points to note are if you have any of the following: 1) Fever or history of fever AND acute respiratory infection (shortness of breath or cough or sore throat)... or severe acute respiratory infection without fever requiring hospitalisation and 2) Have recently been in Wuhan, China in the 14 days prior to symptom onset or; 3) If you have 14 days of symptom onset with any of the following: a confirmed or suspected case of 2019-nCoV; a healthcare facility in China. If so then we recommend that you delay making any non-urgent dental appointments. 22.01.2022 To our lovely patients... We would like to take this opportunity firstly to thank you for your patience with the dental restrictions during the last month. It has certainly been a very interesting time for all of us and I hope you all stayed safe. We have received confirmation that we have officially moved back to Level 2 and so we're able to offer more procedures to you. There are still a number of restrictions that apply to us on Level 2 but we are still open for you. If you have any concerns, queries or emergencies, we are open for you in Pakenham!

21.01.2022 The team at Pakenham Dental Surgery hope you had a great Easter! The surgery is open today and tomorrow but will close on Thursday 25th for ANZAC day. We will then re-open on Friday 26th and our business hours will return to normal business.

We would like to take this opportunity to advise of our clinic opening hours over the Christmas, New Year period. Our Clinic Will be Closed:... Christmas Day, Boxing Day New Years Day. 10.01.2022 To our lovely patients... We hope everyone is staying safe in this extraordinary time. There have certainly been many changes over what has been a truly crazy week. Currently, all dentists have been requested to adopt Level 3 Restrictions to the COVID-19 pandemic. This means we are limited to only emergency and urgent dental work that will be assessed on a case by case basis. We will be suspending all routine treatment and non-essential treatment with the view of deferring it... to a later date. We will be in touch with all our current patients to discuss these new changes and discuss all concerns as well. The take home message is that Pakenham Dental Surgery is still OPEN for ALL EMERGENCY and URGENT dental care. Our staff will be there to assist you for all your dental needs. 08.01.2022 Pakenham Dental Surgery would like to advise all patients that due to planned Electrical upgrading from SP Ausnet our clinic will be closed Tuesday October 22 and will re open Wednesday October 23. 07.01.2022 To our lovely patients... It's certainly a funny year as we go back into lockdown once again. As per the recommendation by the Australian Dental Association, we are advising that we are returning back to Level 2 Dental Restrictions. This means we are unable to do scale and cleans and some elective treatments. However, all general treatments such as fillings and extractions are still allowed. We are currently deferring all restricted treatments until the end of the proposed Vi...ctorian lockdown period as matter of courtesy to both our staff and the general public in order to protect everyone. 06.01.2022 To our dear patients... In accordance with the Governments' mandatory rule regarding the wearing of masks or a face covering when leaving the house. From Thursday the 23rd July, Pakenham Dental Surgery requests that masks are worn when ENTERING, WAITING and LEAVING the surgery. If you are not wearing a mask or refuse to wear a mask during these times, we will unfortunately refuse treatment owing to the clear guidelines set by the Victorian Government. Please respect these ...measures that we all must follow by. This is to ensure not only the safety of our team and our dentists but more importantly you.
