09.01.2022 Recently, I had a chance to watch some video clips of neurosurgery for removing tumor from brain. Then, what sort of symptoms were observed before tumor was found out from scans? As some of you may have know, when you feel pins and needles / or numbness / or weakness with your limbs - yes, neurological involvement can be suspected. (though, not all the time)... most of the patients with brain tumor - they did experience above symptoms. Well, if the symptoms are with only with (R) arm - it shall not only be considered as nerve pinching from your neck. It is not the only option that can cause above neurological symptoms. If you experience any form of neurological symptoms, you must see right person - who can really rule out some of serious medical conditions. Live healthy for the rest of 2016!!!

06.01.2022 Rotator cuff injury This video explains rotator cuff injury very well. - Simple, easy, and reasonable video about RC injury.... Question is - if you have injured your rotator cuff due to repetitive "normal movements", how you should treat it? In above case, as your injury is most likely from abnormal mechnics of your shoulder, you need to figure out the abnormality of your shoulder movement and must do relevant exercises to recover normal biomechanics of your shoulder. Then what type of exercises need to be done? It may need to be tailored by each individual and condition depending on weaker/ injured area. At least, I hope you can grasp some good idea about RC injury through posted video! :-)

Had 4 consultaions - very through explanations was provided how my back pain can be aggravated and exercises were given after hands-on treatment. 02.01.2022 Finally, 1st application of turbomed for foot-drop patient. Check out before / after. Massive foot drop with lose control is nearly gone and under control.
