25.01.2022 Blown away with week one of the weight loss challenge. Still lots of hard work ahead but we will get this done. Week 1 we had a total loss of 96.6 kg with a total weight loss percentage of 2.11% Great work everyone.... As you can see by the leader board we all have an alias to keep full privacy for all where the results are concerned.

24.01.2022 Couldn't be prouder of my 10 week weight loss challenge group. We are 6 weeks in. To date we have collectively lost 224 kg. Growing up I was a massive wrestling fan.The biggest and baddest was King Kong Bundy ... Bundy was the headline who made Hulk Hogan famous. At Wrestlemania II Hogan Body slammed the beast of man. Why do I bring up Bundy. He weighed in at 207kg. Today we dropped the big fella too. Well Bundy holding a big bag of potatoes. See more

23.01.2022 Breaking news. I can see it is time for a change. I am really proud of the past 4 challenges I have been running and the results we have had over that time. After the current challenge ends, on Monday the 18th of March, I will be creating a new group. It will not have the competition component nor the leaderboard as this has seemed to be distracting for those that although are have great weekly losses not up the top. It will still have all the support and the weekly weigh ...in accountability that I think has driven the results we have had to date. I will also be enlisting the support of some great motivating people to assist with weekly posts, motivation and education. The cost to join this group will be only $5 per week. No set time frame so you have the option to jump in or out at any time. One more little thing the weigh in will be moving to a Friday. Let me know if you are keen to join in what will become a network of motivation, support and accountability.

21.01.2022 The results are in. Massive congratulations to our winners. Number 24 Kristen Hilder 1st place = $1000 Number 34 Andrea Carmody 2nd place = $200 Number 11 Kathryn Kidd 3rd place = $150 and Shane Swasbrick 12th place = $100... Over the last 10 weeks you have really put in the hard yards and been an example of what is possible when you really commit. I will say how proud I am of everyone through the challenge and thank you for taking part. I know it has not gone to plan for some but the positive attitude going forward is amazing. This for many of us is just the start of a the journey. Here are the final leader boards and challenge winners. 19.01.2022 Are you looking to make some changes in 2020. Round 2 of the 2020 10 week weight loss challenge is starting on the 27th of March. Starting with the first weigh in on Friday the 27th of March and the last weigh in on Friday the 3rd of June. Whats involved.... The first weigh in is a video to be recorded including a single shot video to be sent through to Michael via private message for his eyes only. This must include proof of date and with light clothing. form there you simply weigh in every Friday before 10:00 and send Michael the result. Michael is there to assist and motivate you as much as you required. You will be added to a support Facebook group for you to help motivate each other. Videos are posted with little bits of tips and hints and extra motivation throughout the challenge. A weekly leader board will be posted with secret character assigned to you so we are all anonymous. (I have included a sample of a leader board as an example) Meal plans and exercise programs are not included. Exercise programs and training is available through Soutter on the Run if required. This is all about the accountability of weighing in every week. It really does make a difference In the current challenge we have lost a total of 267.95 kg in 9 weeks. There are tough weeks There are really great weeks But we get through it together. You need to do the work but accountability is the key to success. Prize money up for grabs based on weight loss percentage. First prize $1000 Second prize $200 Third Prize $100 Weekly Prize $50 To be in the running for the weekly prize join can not have a gain the week before. 14.01.2022 The Soutter on the Run online Stimulus program While I have not been able to continue to train as normal, I will be running an at home training program for you to all stay in tip top condition I will be posting a new workout every day in a facebook page reserved for clients who take up the package.... There will also be a link to a zoom meeting for those available to train at 6:00 am and 7:00:pm so we can still train together On that workout I ask that you comment done once you have completed it. I will be keeping track of who has done it and following up with those who haven't. I know you may not be able to train every day and that's fine but you will have access to a workout and full access to me via messenger for any assistance. I will also be starting a group chat for us to all stay connected on a social level. In the group chat feel free to talk about whatever you need to help you through this tough time. I have always believed that engagement in the community is so important and accountability around training is the key. I will be starting a new membership package for this program at $20 per week. I will also be continuing with my online running coaching programs and anyone on those programs will have access to the program for $10 Please let me know if you are interested in jumping on. 13.01.2022 Last night the PM announced that Personal trainers and bootcamps can still operate while observing the spacial awareness rules. While I would love to continue to train in those settings I think it is socially irresponsible at this point. The online training systems, while not ideal are working well. The sooner we all lock down and only do what is essential the better. If you are interested in giving the training a go please let me know. I am trying to be a affordable as poss...ible in what I know is a hard time for so many. If you are going through a hard time and just need to talk I am here to listen at any point. Please reach out. This is why I have decided to change from a 10 week challenge format and introduce a one on one weigh in accountability and support program. There are no bells and whistles. No big prize money No meal plan to follow ... But there is someone on your side to help you with the ups and downs that come with the weight loss journey and the ongoing maintenance after you've had the results. 09.01.2022 So proud of Shannon Walsh today for graduating as a member of the MFB. Shan came to me with a goal to pass the beep test as it had been a sticking point in the process. He worked hard in every session and did the extra bits day in and day out. All the hard work payed off and his dreams are coming true. Congratulations Shannon and family who have gone through the highs and lows of this process.

This group will be similar to my previous challenges in that the facebook group is there for you all to share your experience and encourage each other. There will be no prize money, leaderboards or locked in timeframes. There will be a Friday weigh in for accountability to be sent to me and I will do everything I can to keep you on track. The cost to join the 10 week challenge is $100... For every Kilogram you lose over the 10 weeks you win $10. That means if you lose 15 kg you come out $50 in front. You lose 4 kg and you get back $40 There is a weekly weigh in, that can be done from anywhere in to keep you accountable . I am here to talk to any time. The key to success has always been the accountability of getting on the scales each week and sending through the result to someone who actually cares. You may not have lots to lose but want to stay accountable to the process. This challenge will start on the 19th of June 2020 which is when Gyms are reopen and training is more accessible. There will be no need for a leader board as you are only competing against yourself.

06.01.2022 Weight loss challenge Week 3 results tables Congratulations Groot who had the highest weight loss percentage this week. Lara Croft is still out in front overall but there is a long way to go.... Well done to everyone this week. I know how hard this can be as the results really showed but if you, like me, didn't have a great week remember this is a natural thing and the weight can fluctuate day to day so stick to it and if you did lose momentum just think back to what worked in the first couple of weeks This week we had a combined loss of 33kg This brings our combined total loss to 163.25 kg

05.01.2022 Loving days like today. Started off with a great morning one on one session to set the tone of the day. Followed by 2 awesome mid morning sessions helping people achieve some really big changes in there lives. Squeezed in a 10 km run and now picking the kids up from school. A month ago I was given a pretty big nudge by the universe and now I can see I have an opportunity to live my best life and help create change in those who want / need it. I know this business has lots of growth to come but I am lucky to be in a position to help others achieve.
