24.01.2022 Recently, some of our members got together for a special Aussie Hero Sewing day, where they made and completed 31 Laundry Bags for our Aussie Servicemen and women who are serving overseas. Sewing Connection Pakenham hosted the RSL members for the day and the finished bags are on their way to Malaysia for distribution to our troops. A great day was had by all!

11.01.2022 Our members will be out and about today selling Poppies for our annual Remembrance Day appeal. Please say hi and purchase a poppy when you see them at the local shopping centers and railway stations. Everyone is welcome to attend the Remembrance Day service on Monday 11th November 2019 commencing at 10.45am at the War Memorial in John St, Pakenham and at the conclusion you will be warmly welcomed at the Pakenham RSL club rooms for morning tea.
09.01.2022 A friendly reminder that the September 2019 meeting is this Thursday at 8pm.
02.01.2022 It is with much regret that this years Pakenham RSL Sun-Branch ANZAC dawn commemoration ceremony is unable to be conducted due to the COVID-19 pandemic social distancing rules and in the best interest of our members and the community. The RSL is asking that instead, you tune in via radio, social media or television and take a moment to reflect on the service and sacrifice of our veterans and those who are still serving today.
02.01.2022 On Sunday 1st December 2019, the Pakenham RSL Club hosted a Christmas Luncheon for their members. The Pakenham Legacy widows were invited to join the members for lunch and were presented with Christmas hampers which were a gift from the RSL. A delicious two course meal was prepared and served by caterers Keith and Gerardine Crew and it was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Fun and fellowship was the order of the day, and the members and ladies listened and sang songs of yesteryear played by a talented musician. Thanks to everyone who organised such a great day out.
