20.01.2022 Dear Clients, At a time where WHO has announced COVID-19 a pandemic, Pakenham Taxation and Accounting continues to prioritise the health and safety of its clients and employees. The business remains vigilant following the advice of the Australian Department of Health. Operations continue as normal. To provide safe environment to our clients and our employees, appropriate measures and existing protocols are in place. In order to keep things running and help our clients to th...e best, we have made some changes in relation to running our business operations. If you have any symptoms of cold and flu or virus, please refrain from visiting our office. However, keeping in mind that we are still available for your help over the phone and through our other channels like email and our new FREE SERVICE video conferencing via ZOOM. We are also aware the tax time is due soon, so in order to keep things going, we are moving our appointments to Video Conferencing via ZOOM. We would encourage all of you to prepare now by simply installing the app in one or more of your devices like Computer, Tablet or Phone. Installing the ZOOM app is easy and of no charge to clients. This is a free service for you. The easy instructions can be found be found through the link below https://youtu.be/Rzk4vdTIi0c We have installed ZOOM as the host. All you need is a meeting ID which we will provide, together with the video consultation time. Basically appointment times with John can run exactly the same without visiting the office. The earlier you download the ZOOM app, the easier it will be. Please feel free to test and use the app with us over the next few months to ensure all works well for you. If it wasn’t easy we wouldn’t be doing it !!! Remember, we have access to most of your income information and it is a matter of you providing us with a summary of your deductions or discuss them via phone or ZOOM conferencing or email. Alternative to this option is, you can also choose to send your information via EMAIL or POST and we can get you tax ready for you.
