We are SO thrilled that you guys can not get enough of our beautiful, low carb, high fibre seedy crackers. ... . Production this past week has doubled just to keep up. . 07.01.2022 Reposted from @nickyward86 SUNDAY STACKS PROTEIN PANCAKE RECIPE BELOW SAVE this post Pancake Sundays are my favourite kind of Sundays There's just something about starting your day with deliciously fluffy Protein Pancakes Super easy & tasty, these pancakes are also the perfect balance of protein, heathy fats and fibre I like to use protein powder for added sweetness, but you can sub for extra oats or almond meal if you prefer! PROTEIN PANCAKES ... INGREDIENTS 1 cupoats (ground into flour) 1 egg 1/4 cupmilk 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 2scoopsprotein powder or 1/2 cup almond meal or oat flour 1. Mix dry ingredients together and then whisk in wet ingredients until well combined. If mixture is to dry, add a dash of milk/water until it reaches desired consistency. 2. Heat a nonstick pan to medium heat. Add batter in small circles to your desired size (I used about 1/4 cup batter per pancake) and cook until small bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook the other side until lightly golden. Stack pancakes on a plate and top with @yoproau greek yoghurt, fresh berries, @paleopure granola and a drizzle of @queenfinefoods Sugarfree maple if desired.
