Those meals** are prepared/cooked in our commercial kitchen and packed every Monday and Thursday and freely delivered every Tuesday and Friday (pick up is also available). Those meals are subsidized from the government, making them as affordable* as possible and are a result of the combination of volunteers, Government assistance, clients and community support. *Costs depends on variat...ions in the cost of meat, fruit and vegetables and will vary locally. **Meals are diabetic friendly and other dietary requirement and allergies may be catered for. We deliver food to ANYONE that requires meals prepared and delivered for any reason but especially the elderly and sick. We are the only MOW center on the gc that actually produces the meals that we deliver in house. Wondering how you can help?... REALLY SIMPLE! Our aim is to help our senior community to remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible. This is only possible with our dedicated team of friendly and caring volunteers.
