22.01.2022 Switchboard Upgrade today This is a classic example of why it’s so important to have your switchboards upgraded to make them safe & prevent fire, injury or even worse, death. This switchboard belongs to a very good friend of my wife & she has a young daughter. Now we know kids will be kids, which meant if her daughter put something into a power point, it would have most certainly electrocuted her. ... However, with this upgrade, it now means she has RCD’S on all circuits, & this will ensure her daughters safety. Not only that - would you check out these burnt wires That’s a fire waiting to happen Now this was all uncovered because my client was having her kitchen renovated, otherwise this may not have been picked up. Please, let this be a reminder to check your own switchboards, particularly if you live in an older premises. If you are in any doubt, get us out to inspect & if needed, we can provide you with a quote to upgrade. Don’t risk your home or your loved ones, it’s just not worth it!

Whoever had done this should be fined and have their license removed, and it wasn’t just one fan, there was 5 The switch with fan controller was put sideways Using earth wire as switch wire with no heat shrink, this leaves the fan with no earth protection Installing fan with wall mates and no timber batten installed, seriously dangerous ... And can’t even put the fan in the center of the room Seriously guys this is ridiculous, and this is the kind of crap work I compete against #Useatrustedsparky See more
