24.01.2022 McDonalds Open Water 1 Results: Awesome effort from all, See you at McDonalds Open Water 2 July 4th.

23.01.2022 WE ALSO NEED TO ADVISE THE 50 METER POOL WIIL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC FROM 8am TILL 9:30 am ON Monday the 17th, Wednesday the 19th, Friday the 21st, and Monday ...the 24th of MAY. We will also be closed to the public between 4-6pm on the 17th and 24th of MAY. Please note there will be reduced lane space for the public between 4-6pm from the 17th till the 26th of MAY. This is to accommodate some of our OLYMPIC Swim team before they head off to TOKYO! The public are welcome to come down and watch them train. the BEST sessions will be the 18th and 20th between 4:30 - 7pm & Saturday the 22nd between 8- 9am.

23.01.2022 Christmas Events at Palmerston Swimming & Fitness center- LOTS of fun to be had starting Friday December 11th with daily activities organised right up until Christmas Eve - we are entering at least two teams into the 1km challenge on Tuesday 22nd of December - 5pm - message us if you would love a spot to join the Sharks competing or come down have a giggle , join the laughs & watch coach Daniel join the kids & swim

11.01.2022 Welcome to our New Head Coach 'Eduard Ferrer' Dear Members,... We would like to take this opportunity to welcome our new Head Coach 'Eduard' Ferrer to the Palmerston Sharks. Eduard has grown up swimming and has an extensive knowledge of the sport. He said I had the chance to grow up in an environment based on critical thinking and passion to improve, where the balance between resilience and hard work is a must to perform and where the key skill for success is communication with your team. Through knowledge of teaching, coaching and mentoring of competitive swimmers, I believe that I will be able to assist in nurturing beneficial relationships with a diversity of swimmers. We appreciate member’s patience during this time of change within the club and are endeavouring to ensure a smooth transition; albeit probably a few little bumps along the way! If anyone has any problems please email [email protected] and we will help you. Please do not forget that when you renew your membership you must purchase your membership in each individual persons home page. You may not purchase a membership for your child from within your parent home page. Once all memberships have been chosen payment is through the adult/parent home page. Cheers Sharks Committee

01.01.2022 Palmerston Sharks had their Club Championships tonight & the kids swam some awesome times & saw lots of PB’s made - Shaye , Bridget , Lewis , Sunny & Sean made PB’s , Well done to all those who swam - the night finished with novelty events & a pizza night that was definitely deserved & enjoyed by all
