25.01.2022 3/4T put on a Science Show for their parents and the Year 2 students. Students chose an experiment to demonstrate on the stage in small groups, explaining the materials needed and the steps to follow. At the end, our audience was able to come and have a look at each experiment and talk with our budding Scientists!... It was a fantastic experience for the students encompassing Drama (Performance), English (Procedural Writing and Speaking) and Science in a fun, hands-on way! Well done, 3/4T! It was a wonderful performance!

06.01.2022 This term, 3 students from 5/6 Beynon have been busy working hard in their own time to produce outstanding entries in the Young Scientist of the Year Competition. Students were given the challenge to research why food testing is important and how it protects the safety of Australians. We are so proud of these students and the detailed research, analysis of data and write ups that these students completed and submitted. What was outstanding was all of this was done in their ...own time! Congratulations to Lincoln, Ellie and Joshua for such an outstanding achievement!
