20.01.2022 How sad is this? It is a whole lot cheaper to eat crap! Unfortunately alot of the time this is how it all started. Food is an addiction, it is cheaper and far more accessable then drugs and alcohol and unfortunately gone are the days when treats are birthdays or christmas or special occasions. You are what you eat! So if your putting crap in, no doubt you are going to feel like crap. Being sluggish, feeling worthless & disgusting, being bloated and having indigestion. Ask yourself would you rather spend the $5.99 on the fruit and feel like you have accomplished something great today or $0.99 which you will almost always upsize to a meal and the happiness & joy will be short lived and you will end up eating more crap, feeling like shit & still be hungry! Choose wisely!

Got to make time for me and I am looking forwards to a nice hearty breakfast of baked beans, runny eggs on grain toast. That was hard work today but totally worth it. Knees might hate me tomorrow

Thank you so much for switching days & times so I could help my parents when they needed me & now my animals one by one at the vets. Your kindness will never be forgotten & I appreciate you all. 09.01.2022 So true! I have not been good to myself lately I have been self destructive & I have nobody to blame. I am the person who wears the No Excuses shirt that has all the excuses. Tonight I am going to workout even if it’s only 10 minutes, I know exercise is the best medicine. I am tired of being tired, so tonight it is my goal to give myself at least 10 minutes.

07.01.2022 I am so glad I made the decision to leave my full time job and go back to Personal Training full time. Everyday I feel satisfied, laugh out loud and the week goes so fast. There are ups & downs but the highs definately outweigh the lows. I am truly blessed to meet the people I meet, i go to bed exhausted but truly grateful I get to be a Personal Trainer. Hands down best job in the world I can’t thank my clients past, present & future for your loyalty and business. Your not just my client, you are not just a number, you are important to me and I love watching you work out, get stronger, get fitter & smash your goals

03.01.2022 This is so very true! Food is just as dangerous as drugs and alcohol. People joke about it and make light of it but the truth is its probably more dangerous to have an addictive, self destructive relationship with food because it’s much more accessible. I will never judge anyone on what they eat as I clearly have had a problem for years. Think about it celebrations=food, when your sad or pissed off your probably not going to eat an apple. Then there is the guilt & shame. The ...I will start tomorrow, I will start Monday. This all or nothing mentally is so common. Please if you need a chat, I am always here for you. No judgement!! On the exercise being the most under utilised anti depressant, even more true. But in the moment your usually reaching for food when actually in the time it takes you to get that food you already could be on your way to feeling somewhat better. Something to think about today. Start to think of ways you can change this behaviour, think small to start. What things you can try instead of turning to food. Lately I have been trying to play music and get at least 30 minutes exercise at night. See more
