22.01.2022 Whyalla has received the exciting news that the region will soon be home to one of Australia's largest solar plants. Adani Group has announced construction of its new plant will commence in 2017, with 350 jobs expected to be created during the construction phase. This is fantastic news for the area and we look forward to welcoming those associated with this project!

17.01.2022 The annual Whyalla City Plaza Traders Christmas Street Party is happening once again this coming Saturday night! There will be live entertainment, a huge variety of food options, face painting, jumping castles, fireworks and of course, a visit from Santa!
