You must be enrolled at Palmview State Primary School or Palmview State Special School for your OSHC enrolment to be accepted. If your student is enrolled at Palmview State Special School please contact YMCA directly for more information. Please see YMCA flyer for detailed enrolment information.

18.01.2022 Palmview State Primary School P&C are seeking the following roles to be filled at our next P&C meeting which will be held Wednesday 25th November at 5.00pm. This meeting will be held at the school site in the Administration Building. Vice President - The Vice-President provides essential support for the President and possibly other members of the Executive Committee. They will Chair those meetings from which the President is absent and carry out any duties that have been d...elegated by the President. They should also be familiar with the rules, constitution and other documents governing Association operations. Secretary - The Secretary collates the agenda papers for each meeting, (including subcommittee reports) and assists the President in preparing an agenda for each meeting. They prepare and present minutes of the Association‘s meetings, record and deal with correspondence in/out as directed and generally organise, record and maintain information pertaining to the activities of the Association. Without these roles being filled our P&C will not function as it should. If you are interested in having your say on vital choices for our school e.g. additions to the school uniform (including the potential of adding a school bag), our Tuckshop (how and when it will be up and running) or our Fundraising plans for 2021 you should join our P&C. We want to connect with all members of the Palmview Community. Every great school has a great P&C Be a part of ours!

16.01.2022 Do you need to collect a paper copy of our enrolment pack? Would you like to hand in your completed pack in person? Tuesday 13 October our Enrolment Officer Maryanne and our Business Manager Hellen will be available from 2pm to 4pm at the Harmony Boulevard Park. We will be located under the shelter, close to the table tennis tables, adjacent the round about where Harmony Boulevard meets Paperbark Drive. Please note We will not have access to printers or scanners so ple...ase bring a copy of all supporting documentation required to be submitted with your enrolment pack. Covid restrictions remain in place at this time. We recommend ensuring all adults are able to maintain 1.5 meters distance. As we are located within a park please make note of the total number of parents who may be with us on your arrival and make appropriate covid safe choices on your approach. Over the coming weeks we will be nominating other dates and times that we will be in the same location and these dates will be announced on our facebook page. 14.01.2022 With the start of Term Four, the new state primary school at Palmview is calling for expressions of interest to form an interim P&C. This team will support the opening of the new state primary school at Palmview. It is vital for all new schools to have an interim P&C. The P&C will consult on many facets that are integral to shaping the direction of our school. The interim P&C would remain in place until the first P&C AGM in 2021 has occurred and the foundation P&C established.... If you are interested in becoming part of the interim P&C, please complete the following questionaire by Monday 12 October 2020. I plan to convene the first meeting sometime in the third week of Term Four. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me. 07.01.2022 UPDATE - we have found a number of students. Thank you to those who offered to help us We are hoping one or two of our amazing families may be interested in the following - we have two sample polo shirts at the school until 9am tomorrow morning and would love if any of our families would like to come down at 7.30am Tuesday 24th (tomorrow) with their student/s to have some photos taken for our marketing needs. These photos may be used by the school and the YMCA for promotional... materials in the coming weeks. The shirts are smaller sizes so preppies to year two may suit! If you are interested and are happy for the photos taken to be used in promotional material please message the page - we will confirm via message if the photo shoot will go ahead for your student/s.
