24.01.2022 Welcome to today’s Cuppa Conversation!! Our guest is Mardi Lumsden, whose name may ring bells for a number of you. Mardi has been involved in the Uniting Church’s communication channels for more than a decade. Mardi is now involved in Uniting World, helping to bring people from around the world together by picking up pieces of individuals’ stories and connecting them to others’. Uniting World builds engagement and compassion, so helping to build God’s Kingdom. It is only after the cuppa conversation that I learnt that Mardi is a musician. 16.01.2022 Welcome to this week’s Cuppa Conversation with the ministry couple Graham and Jeanette Warne. I am sure you will enjoy hearing just a short bit of more their story of being more than a collective century in the ministry. Also to mention that Graham is an artist and that his photos have been on display at the Reflection Gallery, Montville Uniting Church. The display is due to be changed this coming Monday, 23 November. 15.01.2022 We love to share our produce from the Community Garden, however, we do ask that people check with members via FB or email if they want to harvest from the garde...n. If passersby and nonmembers want to take a sprig of herbs, a handful of beans or something for a meal then that is fine but some beds belong to specific charity groups and some need to be harvested appropriately. Thanks to Sisa some of our cassava crop has been saved but a lot was taken and not replanted thereby damaged. A large bunch of bananas that would have been shared out was also taken recently. It’s all about communication and care. See more

Today’s guest is Micah Jones, the chaplain for Maleny State High School. The work Micah does is incredible! The blessing of being able to have chaplains in schools is remarkable and needs to be cherished!
