11.01.2022 It was a fantastic day for PAMBULA-MERIMBULA GOLF CLUB to host all the Superintendents on the Far South Coast plus a few guys from Canberra, The Illawarra and Sydney for a NSWGCSA Education day which was proudly sponsored by NUTURF, LAND HQ and JOHN DEER! The day started off with some coffee plus egg and bacon rolls on the deck. Followed by some great talks from Dr Mark Walker (ERI,Fairyring and Stem Weevil) and Dr Brett Morris (Interpreting saturated soil test) Steve Britton..., Superintendent at the Chevy Chase Club was interviewed and gave us an insight of what it’s like to be a super in the States. Lunch, then on to Adam Robertson giving us a demo and information on the benifits of the Air2g2 machine. Steve Foster had a demo John Deere fairway mower on show with a gps installed (this bit of kit is impressive) We were then done with the formalities and time for 9holes of golf with some beers and a great afternoon! Followed by dinner and some great networking!!! Thanks to everyone that made the effort to make it such a great day. Hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable festive season

03.01.2022 It was a pleasure to have Riley Stokan and Rory McAlpin on the course last week. These two lads were on a week of work experience. Eden High School you should be proud in how these lads represented your School. The week was complete after a few cakes were baked for the crew for smoko, and the lads mowed some great fairways
