24.01.2022 Went to Fine Food Fair 2019 and find the event is more useful to me than two years ago. I knew nothing much at the time and have no factory yet. Literally don’t know even what to ask Now I am much more experience and know what to look for and ask specific questions to gain more insight.

20.01.2022 Took photos for my steamed buns packaging. What it take is my old DSLR, a paper box, great plate and find great light spot somewhere in my house for my photoshoot. I rarely use photoshop to make food look good by altering the reality. I love to make it the way it is. So all of my food photo on packaging is real. It will be what you expect in the package

19.01.2022 You have choices in your life. Whether they are bad or good, you need to consider it carefully. Once you decided, you need to determine to do it. But once again, some times, your choice is not always right. If you feel it is not right for you, you don't have to be persistent to do till the end of your life. You can change the way you do and bring another perspective to your life.

08.01.2022 Sell buns for charity to raise fund for Association of Engaged Buddhists. I came here every year to help out A lot of people today and sell lots of buns. Have great experience and meet with great ppl who also come to help out every year as well. Went there alone so a bit hectic but great fun .

03.01.2022 This photo, I went to Naturally Good exhibition and other food industry events to gain more experience in food industry. First time I went to Auspack and I have to say I was so naive back then and asked quite silly questions but I learnt from it. I think everyone came from the starting point of know nothing but in order to learn, you need to go out there, explore, ask questions and started to learn. I came from the no experience to have some experience. Lots more to experience and learn
