20.01.2022 New and Existing clientele information: - No show + No courtesy call = No Rebooking. As a small business we rely on every booking to turn up. No shows result in big loses to small businesses. - Last minute cancellation under 24hrs notice = $25 fee per dog if wish to rebook with us - If you are more then 10 minutes late, Groom will need to be rescheduled with a $25 booking cover fee per dog. If you are late to your appointment, then we run late for every booking afterwards, ...which is not fair on those who show up on time. - No accounts - Payment is required on pick up (we accept cash or card) - we have room for new small dog clients wanting standard clips (shorter clips) due to limited spacing and time we cannot offer long length clips/puppy clips or breed specific clips (poodles, westies/schnauzer etc) as these clips require a longer space that we do not available with our busy ongoing clientele - WE ARE CURRENTLY FULL FOR CAT GROOMING AND MEDIUM GROOMS AND UNABLE TO TAKE ANY NEW CLIENTS. We do not groom breeds over 10kg this does include nail trims also. *** For the safety of staff we DO NOT groom any dogs that show any type of aggression including growling, showing teeth or trying to bite, if your dog becomes aggressive in a groom, the groom will end and charged accordingly to time of work that has been done *** See more
