25.01.2022 Cancelation Policy Unfortunately due to "no shows" and last minute cancelations, there is now booking policy. My time, like yours is precious and sadly when people no show I lose the opportunity to look after someone else. As a small local business I’m sure you can appreciate and I’m so looking forward to having your understanding and support. ... All bookings will require a 20% deposit. The deposit will then be taken out of the treatment price on the day of the appointment. Afterpay can still be used in the salon for treatments over $100, however the deposit will still be taken at the time of booking. My name is Amy and I am the coffee addicted, boy wrangling Mumma, Beauty Therapist and creator of Pampered by Amy. Pampered by Amy is a boutique salon where all of my attention is focused on the one client I have in the salon at the time. (No answering phones, no walk ins, no interruptions.)... I wanted to create a beautiful, peaceful, affordable and relaxing retreat for Mummas to come to treat themselves. From a brow shape, to massages and facials, there is a treatment to suit everyone. I love to nurture my clients, while providing high quality treatments, without the soaring price tag. And to provide prompt service and down to earth conversations- without the sales pitch.
